Cancellation Policy

Welcome to The Academy, a learning center for effective communication in the classroom, meetings, or one-on-one. The Academy offers participants the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop skills in a safe but challenging environment. Practice is the key to skill enhancement and behavioral change.

The Academy offers open enrollment programs for facilitation and presentation. Custom designed leadership and coaching programs are also available to fit your requirements.

How to Register Online

Go to our registration page and tell us about yourself. Complete the entire form and click on the desired program, location and dates. Check over your information and click "Submit." Your spot will be held for 10 business days. Pre-class assignments will be sent thirty days prior to the workshop.

Cancellation Policy: Updated!

A participant who wishes to withdraw from a program must make a request at least thirty (30) calendar days PRIOR to the workshop start date for a refund of tuition less registration fee. Cancellation charge, if cancelled less than (thirty (30) calendar days prior to the program, is equal to the full program cost plus registration fee.
