We blend content with context in the design and delivery of our self-study and instructor led training. After a full assessment of the learning needs, we recommend the appropriate solution.

Understanding that training is not always the answer, we advise the client on the appropriate solution. If the answer is training, we look to implement a blended approach of web- based and classroom training.

Building Business Relationships

Building Business Relationships is for associates responsible for interacting and building relationships with internal or external business clients. We believe that adults learn faster and retain more when the learning connects with what they do day to day. Utilizing our design library, we build integrated programs that not only highlight the tactical, but also look at why it’s important, what it means, and how to talk about it with internal and external clients. During the workshop, participants practice opening and managing an engaging dialogue with their clients.
